As a mentor and facilitator, Chioma has a background in Law, management and project design. She also comes with an excellent advocacy and public speaking skills. She has the ability to inspire and motivate for the purpose of actualization of dreams and breaking barriers through spirituality.

Basil Chioma is the immediate past President/Lead Consultant of the University of Abuja Law Clinic. As the lead consultant for the clinic, she facilitated the re-positioning and restructuring of the clinic system in developing new skills, knowledge and values necessary for young lawyers to adapt to global innovations and sustainability standards.

Chioma comes with an unrivalled drive and grit necessary for organisations to thrive in the present age. She comes with a unique ability to balance optimism and critical thinking.
