At EESF, we consider ourselves as a hub for young innovative leaders who are hungry to express the positive impact energy within them. The foundation of our team is built on purpose, passion and a high level of commitment. Our core team comes with a multi-disciplinary background that allows them to accomplish their dual roles as leaders in EESF and MasterPeace Nigeria.

We have three team structures; Partners, Facilitators and Volunteers. Our partners are drawn from a rich pool of young professionals who have gone through our DEEP partnership program which lasts for 14 months while facilitators are young persons in the university who have gone through our design and partnership facilitation course which lasts for 15 – 25 weeks. Our volunteers are young persons in vulnerable community secondary schools who have been trained with capacity for peace leadership.
